FAQs

  • A birth worker is a non-medically licensed professional who guides birthing people through the perinatal, birthing, and immediate postpartum period. Sydney specifically emphasizes a whole-person approach, providing education and support that addresses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the birthing journey. This support is designed to empower and nurture, fostering a deep connection between the birthing person and their experience.

  • If you’re seeking intentional, mindful, and slow-paced birth support that honors pregnancy and birth as a profound rite of passage, we’re the perfect match. I take this sacred journey seriously, providing you with thoughtful guidance and empowering you with all your options—some you may already know and others you’ll discover. Together, we’ll create an experience where your needs are holistically nurtured every step of the way.

  • Somatic teachings focus on body awareness, while sensory experiences engage the senses to deepen presence.
